By downloading, installing, or using the Vocards mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vocards is a vocabulary learning application that helps users learn and practice vocabulary through flashcards and interactive learning methods. The App is provided by Kolapps ("we," "us," or "our") for educational and personal use.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Kolapps and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

5. User Content

Vocards allows you to create and manage your own vocabulary cards and learning materials. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
